Prior to joining Community Stewardship Solutions, Yemi worked across a range of business transformation, technology, and innovation projects, including roles with Scaletific, British Airways, the British Library, and Warwickshire County Council. He has extensive experience in project delivery, stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, organisational change, and process improvement, supporting organisations through periods of growth, transformation, and innovation.
Most recently, Yemi has led the development and delivery of AI-enabled digital products, managing multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with partners across the UK and internationally. His work has involved guiding projects from concept through to implementation, managing budgets and resources, and building strong relationships with clients, investors, and delivery partners.
Alongside his professional career, Yemi serves as Charity Manager and Events Lead for a London-based charity, where he oversees governance, community outreach initiatives, partnership development, and the delivery of events, workshops, and retreats.
