Reviewing existing Business Plans and providing recommendations
Legal structures and governance: including advice on the most appropriate legal structure for stewardship bodies
Support on planning matters: working with developers, landowners or councils to support on planning applications, reviewing or drafting S106 commitments to ensure they reflect stewardship aspirations
Securing resident contributions: including advice on the use of estate rent charges or service charge options, drafting appropriate deeds or schedules for transfer documentation
Securing legal agreements and reviewing obligations for management arrangements of community assets and public open space

Sharing Best Practice and assisting national policy development through running and taking part in workshops, seminars, conferences, and panels
