Danielle brings over 15 years of experience working across community services, employability programmes, youth support, supported housing, and public sector partnerships. Her career has been dedicated to helping individuals and communities overcome barriers, improve opportunities, and achieve positive long-term outcomes.
 
Before joining Community Stewardship Solutions, Danielle held a range of senior operational and management roles with organisations including Catch22, Single Homeless Project (SHP), Tomorrow’s People, and the Metropolitan Police Service. Most recently, she served as Operations Manager for Catch22, leading multidisciplinary teams delivering the Mayor of London’s Violence Reduction Unit Social Switch programme, focused on supporting young people affected by serious youth violence into positive education, training, and employment pathways.
Danielle has extensive experience in service leadership, programme delivery, partnership development, safeguarding, and contract management. Throughout her career she has successfully managed funded programmes, supported frontline teams, overseen budgets and compliance requirements, and built strong relationships with local authorities, statutory agencies, employers, and community organisations.
 
Her background also includes managing supported accommodation services for vulnerable young people, delivering refugee employability programmes, and leading initiatives designed to improve opportunities for young people who are not in education, employment or training. Earlier in her career, Danielle spent seven years as a Police Community Support Officer with the Metropolitan Police, working closely with residents, schools, and community groups to improve safety and strengthen local neighbourhoods.
 
Passionate about creating inclusive, resilient communities, Danielle is particularly interested in community engagement, partnership working, safeguarding, and supporting organisations to deliver meaningful social impact. She brings a practical, people-focused approach to her work and is committed to helping create places where individuals and communities can thrive.
