Miranda is an MSP qualified strategic statutory partnership and programme management specialist with a successful twenty-year track record in managing programmes and people, delivering positive outcomes in a range of multi-disciplinary settings (private, voluntary, and local and central government sectors) for a range of complex projects and programmes across the country.  

 Miranda has been adept at working with various (internal and external) partners, agencies, and consultants to help them achieve their collective objectives. 

As a Chartered HR professional Miranda has an in- depth understanding of people management from a wider strategic and operational perspective that has enabled cohesive partnership working ensuring there are the right resources, both financial and people in place to deliver the necessary requirements for the communities and clients she operates for.    

Organised and professional with strong capabilities to consistently produce coherent strategic plans and actionable policies and procedures. In doing so these create solutions to complex issues and enable cohesive partnership working. 

 With a strong ability to enable and deliver collaborative solutions, Miranda places a strong focus on results by communicating with all interested stakeholders including public community engagement and statutory partners.  

Having worked on various projects for CSS with regard to stewardship, including Gilston Area, Northstowe and Tewkesbury Borough Council Miranda has worked with these partners to help them create and progress the best solutions for community stewardship by devising the relevant strategies, business plans and other tools to support them in this delivery. 

As the Programme Manager on the Chilmington development for Ashford Borough Council Miranda utilised her working experience of managing multi-partner complex projects and 

programmes to develop and embed a revised governance structure at all levels from the community to strategic board, including developer buy in. Miranda’s role ensured communications remained fluid, relevant and timely to assist partners and stakeholders to progress items and resolve issues within the project. 

Miranda fulfilled the project manager role to Fareham Borough Council to support the formal procurement process for the delivery of a JV partner selection through each stage to deliver the 6,000 Welborne Garden Community. Miranda’s role included developing the design and draft of key documents including the Public Information Notice presentation, the Memorandum of Information for prospective bidders, and the Outcome Specification.
